Field to dispatch
Traceability that survives a busy pack day.
Batch identity is carried from harvest through receiving, packing and loading, so a customer question points at a record instead of a pile of spreadsheets.
What stays linked
PackChain keeps one chain of custody for the lot in front of you: the block and pick date, intake weights and quality, work orders and pallet SSCC, then the loading note and customer order it shipped on.
- Block, variety and harvest tally on the way in.
- Received batches checked against what was tipped.
- Pallet build and packout against the fruit on the line.
- Dispatch and sales using the same pallet identities.
Lots and labels
Every pallet knows which lot it came from. SSCC serials are issued by the server, so two devices never print the same code, and scanning a pallet brings up the batch, pack and dispatch trail attached to it.
